Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products, features, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate sales and orders through telephone calls.
• Follow up with leads and interested customers regularly.
• Convert potential leads into customers.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and orders.
• Handle customer questions and provide accurate product information.
• Coordinate with the CRM, sales, and dispatch teams for order-related requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat orders.
• Update customer and sales information in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve assigned calling and sales objectives.
• Prepare regular updates regarding leads, follow-ups, and sales.

Required Skills

• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English is preferred.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Ability to understand customer requirements.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous tele-sales, telesales, telecalling, or sales experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
