Senior Customer Care Executive

Location: Okhla Phase-2, South Delhi

Job Description:

The Detailing Gang is a premium car detailing studio specializing in Ceramic Coating and Paint Protection Film (PPF) for premium and luxury vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, SUVs and other high-end cars.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Care Executive who can professionally communicate with customers, understand their requirements, coordinate with the team, and regularly follow up with enquiries and existing customers.

No Cold Calling. You will primarily handle incoming enquiries, customer coordination and follow-ups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and respond to customer enquiries professionally
• Explain our PPF, Ceramic Coating and related services
• Regularly follow up with interested customers
• Coordinate customer appointments and studio visits
• Maintain customer records and follow-up data in Google Sheets
• Handle WhatsApp, calls and emails professionally
• Draft professional emails and customer messages
• Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

1. Smart, presentable and professional personality.
2. Melodious Voice Control.
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Pleasant and clear voice with good voice modulation
5. Strong convincing and customer-handling skills
6. Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Customer Care
7. Good computer-handling skills
8. Good working knowledge of Google Sheets
9. Good email drafting and written communication skills
10. Ability to communicate confidently with premium and luxury car customers

Salary₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Incentives: ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 based on achievement of assigned goals.

The final fixed salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, communication skills, efficiency and overall suitability for the position.

Timing: 9 to 7 (6 Days in a Week)

Preference will be given to candidates who:

• Reside in South Delhi or nearby areas, or are willing to relocate closer to the workplace
• Candidates from Sarita Vihar, Badarpur, Jasola, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, Nehru Place, Okhla, Jamia Nagar, New Friends Colony, CR Park, Greater Kailash, East of Kailash, Lajpat Nagar, Alaknanda, Tughlakabad, Pul Prahladpur and nearby locations will be preferred
• Have a stable professional background
• Have prior experience dealing with premium or high-value customers
• Are looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity
• Candidates willing to relocate near Okhla Phase-2 / South Delhi are also welcome to apply
