Smollan India Pvt Ltd is hiring Telecallers for the Auto Service process. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting customers who have shown interest in vehicle servicing, understanding their requirements, and convincing them to book their vehicle service at Auto Service workshops. The primary objective is to ensure successful booking conversion and service completion.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers through inbound and outbound calls.
Explain Auto Service offerings and workshop benefits.
Convince customers to book their vehicle service at authorized workshops.
Follow up with customers to ensure booking confirmation and service completion.
Update customer interactions and booking status in CRM.
Coordinate with workshops and internal teams for smooth customer experience.
Maintain daily productivity and conversion targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation Mandatory
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Ability to achieve booking and conversion targets.
