• Job Responsibilities:Generate new leads through calls, references, digital platforms and other sources.
• Handle incoming enquiries and understand customers’ property requirements.
• Explain project details, location, pricing, payment plans and available options to clients.
• Conduct property/project presentations and arrange site visits.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, booking and post-sales support.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects and customer requirements.

• Previous experience in real estate/sales is preferred.
