Sales & Marketing Executive

Sarkari Procurement Solutions is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive – B2B Lead Conversion to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential business clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, following up with leads, and converting qualified leads into paying clients.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to provided leads and potential business clients.
• Explain our GeM, Vendor Assessment, Government Tendering and Procurement-related services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Follow up regularly with interested and prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle client queries and basic objections professionally.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.
• Generate and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for successful onboarding of converted clients.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Candidate Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate with clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Experience in B2B sales, telecalling, lead generation or business development will be an advantage.
