Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, corporates and procurement teams.

The candidate will be responsible for bringing new commercial interior fit-out, turnkey, furniture, branding and renovation projects for Sri Sai Realtors across Delhi NCR and other parts of India.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities in the commercial interior and turnkey project sector.
• Develop relationships with Corporate, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Project Management Companies, Procurement Teams and Facility Management Companies.
• Identify upcoming office, retail, hospitality, showroom, airport and commercial projects.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, references, cold calling, meetings and industry contacts.
• Approach companies for vendor registration and empanelment.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and potential clients.
• Arrange client meetings and site visits with the project/technical team.
• Understand client requirements, scope of work and project timelines.
• Coordinate with the estimation, design and project teams for quotations and proposals.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing projects.
• Maintain a proper CRM / Business Development Tracker with leads, meetings, quotations and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and upcoming projects.
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
