Job Description

- Key Responsibilities
- Doctor Relations | Territory Management | Patient Referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors in the assigned territory to ensure continuous patient referrals.
- Visit doctors regularly and explain Medcross / TB Clinic services.
- Generate patient referrals through partnered doctors.
- Follow up with doctors regarding referred patients.
- Identify and onboard new doctors for collaboration.
- Maintain daily reports of doctor visits, referrals, and follow-ups.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹17,000/month
- Conveyance: ₹3,000/month
- Additional: Incentives based on performance
