Job Description
Manage the complete merchandising workflow for knitwear styles, including sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups.
Coordinate with knitting units, fabric suppliers, and garment factories to ensure timely execution of TNA (Time & Action) plans.
Review proto, fit, and PP samples for construction accuracy, GSM, shrinkage, color fastness, and overall quality.
Prepare and maintain detailed product sheets, BOMs, costing sheets, and order trackers.
Assist in fabric sourcing, yarn selection, and trim development for knitwear collections.
Work closely with the design team to translate concepts into production-ready styles.
Conduct regular vendor follow-ups to monitor production status and resolve technical or timeline issues.
Ensure compliance with brand quality standards and support QC teams during inspections.
Maintain clear documentation and communication across internal teams and external partners.
