Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle buyer orders from sampling to final shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers, factories, production, QA and suppliers.
- Prepare and follow up on T&A, sampling, approvals and production schedules.
- Handle fabric, trims, costing and order follow-up.
- Ensure orders are completed as per buyer requirements, quality and delivery timelines.
- Prepare order status reports and coordinate for timely shipment.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing and export merchandising.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of Excel, T&A and garment documentation.
- Buyer handling experience preferred.
