Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly connect with dealers through calls and follow-ups
  • Understand Customer requirements and identify additional sales opportunities
  • Promote relevant products from our portfolio
  • Reactivate inactive dealers and improve repeat business
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders
  • Maintain Customer communication and sales activity records
  • Coordinate internally for pricing, product availability and technical support
