Hiring: Business Development Associate – Axis Bank Payroll

We are hiring Freshers for the position of Business Development Associate on Axis Bank payroll.

Location: North West Delhi

Experience: Freshers Only

Age Limit: Up to 28 Years

Salary: ₹17,500 – ₹18,000 Take Home + Incentives

CTC: Approx. ₹2.48 LPA

Job Type: On-Roll

Working Hours: As per banking hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Field sales and customer acquisition for banking products.
• Visit customers and generate business through field activities.
• Explain banking products and services to customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Complete field work as required.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Candidate must have a Bike.
• Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
• All semester marksheets must be available.
• Maximum age: 28 years.
• Candidate must be comfortable with field sales and complete field work.

Training:

Training will be provided to selected candidates. Candidates will receive banking product and sales training before joining.

Important Note:

This is a field sales job. Candidates must be comfortable travelling locally and meeting customers. No petrol allowance will be provided. Candidates will be allocated the nearest possible branch based on their residential location.

Selection Process:

• Face-to-face briefing/interview
• Hire Pro Test – 40 minutes at the branch
• Banking product training
• ACP Test
• Document verification & BGV
• Offer Letter
• HR onboarding and branch allocation
