Lead Generation Executive

We're looking for a Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate high quality business leads through research, outreach, and CRM. Join Bold Blends Coffee and be part of one of India's growing coffee and FMCG brands, working with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, distributors, and corporate customers.

What you'll do:

• Research and identify potential cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, distributors, corporate offices, and other B2B customers.
• Generate qualified leads through online research, Google Maps, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Justdial, social media, and other business directories.
• Verify contact details including decision makers, phone numbers, email addresses, and business information.
• Add and maintain accurate lead data in our CRM while ensuring data quality.
• Conduct initial outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels to qualify prospects.
• Assign qualified leads to the sales team and ensure complete lead information is available in the CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets while maintaining high data accuracy.
• Work closely with the sales team to support business growth and continuously improve lead quality.
