Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research and identify potential clients across hospitality and other industries.
  • Build a sales pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Communicate professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other business channels.
  • Understand client requirements and pain points.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for HotelX, GrowthX, and other solutions.
  • Prepare sales pitches and handle objections effectively.
  • Follow up consistently and move opportunities toward closure.
  • Coordinate client onboarding with internal teams.
  • Maintain CRM records and manage leads accurately.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Share customer feedback with product and marketing teams to drive improvement.
