Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates/maids from the available database.
  • Explain job opportunities, salary, working hours, location, and other relevant details.
  • Understand candidates' experience, skills, availability, salary expectations, and job preferences.
  • Shortlist suitable candidates according to specific client requirements.
  • Coordinate with candidates for interviews, trials, or client meetings.
  • Follow up regularly with candidates until the placement process is completed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruitment database.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment/operations team regarding candidate availability and client requirements.
  • Handle candidate queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and candidate-sourcing targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with candidates to build a reliable candidate pool.
