Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for confident, customer-focused, and target-driven professionals to join as a Builder – Retail Associate.

In this role, you will interact with customers who are looking to sell their cars, understand their requirements and expectations, negotiate effectively, and convert customer interactions into successful car acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

●    Connect with customers who are interested in selling their cars.

●    Understand customer requirements, expectations, and concerns.

●    Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

●    Negotiate with customers to arrive at suitable deal values.

●    Convert leads and customer interactions into successful car acquisitions.

●    Work towards assigned sales and car-acquisition targets.

●    Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

●    Maintain accurate information and follow the defined sales process.

●    Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

What We’re Looking For

●    0–6 years of experience in sales, telesales, retail, customer service, automobile, or related roles.

●    Freshers can also apply.

●    Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

●    Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

●    Comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.

●    Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

●    Ability to understand customer needs and convert leads into closures. ● Positive attitude with strong customer-handling skills.

●    Candidates from automobile sales, telesales, retail sales, field sales, customer service, or similar backgrounds may be considered.
