Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, local networking, and other sources.
• Meet prospective clients personally and explain Demat & Trading Account benefits and services.
• Acquire new customers and achieve monthly account-opening targets.
• Assist customers with the complete account-opening and KYC process.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the operations/dealer team for smooth account activation.
• Maintain daily reports of leads, meetings, conversions, and follow-ups.
• Regularly travel within the assigned area for client meetings and business development.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and meeting customers personally.
• Sales/business-development mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Basic knowledge of the stock market, Demat accounts, and trading is preferred.
• Experience in broking, banking, fintech, insurance, mutual funds, or financial services will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
