Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Restaurant Onboarding ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Restaurant Onboarding Executive to identify, approach, and onboard restaurants onto our platform. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with restaurant owners, explaining the platform's benefits, completing the onboarding process, and ensuring a smooth transition for newly onboarded restaurants.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential restaurants for onboarding.
• Connect with restaurant owners/managers and explain the platform, services, and benefits.
• Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with restaurant partners.
• Collect and verify required restaurant documents and information.
• Ensure accurate completion of the restaurant onboarding process.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, KYC, Marketing, and Support for successful activation.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with restaurant partners until onboarding is completed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets.
• Maintain accurate records and update onboarding status in the CRM/system.
• Resolve basic partner queries and coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution.
• Monitor the performance and activation status of newly onboarded restaurants.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or restaurant onboarding.
• Experience in the food-tech, hospitality, e-commerce, or delivery industry will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting restaurant owners, if required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
