Job Description

Conduct on-site property visits and present project offerings to prospective clients and investors.

Handle incoming inquiries, conduct lead follow-ups, and convert prospective leads into site visits

and deals.

Maintain clear communication with buyers, understanding their requirements to recommend

suitable property options.

Build and manage relationships with real estate channel partners and property consultants.

Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company pricing and targets.

Maintain structured records of client interactions, site visits, and sales pipelines in the CRM System.
