Job Description

Hiring: International Customer Support Executive – Voice & Chat

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Experience: Freshers to 3 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹33,000 per month

Shift: US Rotational Shifts

Work Mode: Work from Office

Cab Facility: Two-way cab provided

Joining Bonus: Available

Job OverviewWe are hiring International Customer Support Executives for both Voice and Chat Support processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and be comfortable working in US rotational shifts.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through international voice and/or chat support.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
  • Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
  • Understand customer requirements and resolve issues effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
  • Meet process-specific quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
  • RequirementsEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Experience: Freshers to 3 years in customer service, BPO, international voice, chat support, or related roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Comfortable handling international customers.
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in US rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Willing to work from the Airoli, Navi Mumbai office.
  • Candidates with international BPO/customer support experience will be preferred.
  • Salary & Benefits₹18,000 – ₹33,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills, and process.
  • Two-way cab facility available.
