* Coordinate with tenants and property owners

* Handle property visits, inspections and maintenance

* Ensure smooth occupancy and property management

* **Experience:** 1–3 years preferred, Fresher will also do.

**2. Sales Executive / Business Development Executive**

* Handle customer leads and enquiries

* Follow up with prospective tenants

* Schedule and coordinate property visits

* Convert leads into bookings

* Achieve monthly sales targets

* **Experience:** Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

**3. Telecaller / Customer Support Executive**

* Make and receive customer calls

* Handle PG accommodation enquiries

* Follow up with leads through calls & WhatsApp

* Maintain proper CRM updates

* **Experience:** Freshers can apply
