Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, promoting company services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, outbound calling, online leads, referrals, and other sales channels.

• Contact business owners, entrepreneurs, MSMEs, and decision-makers to understand their business challenges and requirements.

• Explain Alfa CHASE Advisory's sales training, consultancy, leadership development, and business growth solutions to prospective clients.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable programs or services.

• Conduct effective sales presentations and product/service demonstrations over calls or online meetings.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Schedule meetings and consultations with potential clients for the senior sales/consulting team.

• Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions in CRM or sales trackers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with the consulting/training team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

• Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

• Consistently work towards achieving individual and team revenue targets.
