Job Description
*Key Responsibilities*
* Generate new leads and business opportunities.
* Manage and motivate the business development/sales team.
* Set targets and monitor team performance.
* Build relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
* Handle negotiations, site visits, and deal closures.
* Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Track sales pipeline and prepare performance reports.
*Requirements*
* 3–7 years of experience in real estate/business development.
* Prior team-handling and target-management experience.
* Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and networking skills.
* Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
* Result-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
