Role Overview
You will find new clients, show properties, and close sales or rentals. You will work with buyers and builders in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Call leads and answer phone inquiries from interested buyers.
- Give property details and arrange site visits.
- Meet clients at properties to show plots.
- Help clients negotiate prices and complete booking paperwork.
- Build good relations with builders and property owners.
Requirements & Skills
- Good speaking skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
- Basic computer or smartphone knowledge to update leads.
- Friendly and active personality with good persuasion.
- Freshers or candidates with past sales experience can apply.
