Job Description
Job location - Raghuvanshi Mills,
Lower Parel - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Source new customers for home loan products through field visits, builder tie-ups, and referrals.
- Team handling role – Will be managing the team and tun the targets.
- Meet clients, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable loan products.
- Achieve monthly disbursement and acquisition targets.
- Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide post-sales service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 5 - 10 years in sales (preferably in loans, LAP, All types of loans).
- Skills:
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Passion for field sales and target achievement.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
