Responsibilities:
- Communicate Kohler's value proposition to architects and customers
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and new product introductions
- Conduct daily meetings with architects through cold calling and appointments
- Address and escalate any issues or risks faced by architects
- Execute promotional activities in the architect community
- Share weekly reports of meetings
- Guide and train other staff in the company
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting
Qualifications:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
