| Designation - Booking Officer

Job Role & Responsibility :- Inbound Customer Support & Soft-Sales Process


•⁠ ⁠Handle inbound calls received via toll-free number  

•⁠ ⁠Understand customer requirements related to relocation services  

•⁠ ⁠Explain company offerings and guide them through the booking process  

•⁠ ⁠Share quotations with interested customers  

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate and confirm bookings  

•⁠ ⁠Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients  

•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth and professional customer service experience throughout
