Job Description

Develop and conduct onboarding and orientation programs.

Identify employee training needs and skill gaps.

Create and deliver effective training programs.

Prepare training materials, handouts, and manuals.

Monitor employee performance and training effectiveness.

Coach and mentor new and existing employees.

Develop annual training plans and learning programs.

Conduct feedback surveys to evaluate training effectiveness.

Research and implement new training methods and industry trends.

Continuously improve training programs based on employee and business requirements.
