Job Description
- Answer phone call enquiries and explain available service packages.
- Reach out to new clients to share details about SBB's info sessions, prenatal/postnatal fitness, yoga, and toddler play dates.
- Perform data entry and maintain an up-to-date client database and studio records.
- Follow up with new and existing clients to encourage session engagement, workshop attendance, and renewals.
- Send timely reminders for fitness session renewals, trial sessions, and upcoming play dates.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and functioning of the studio
