Paan Maker / Store Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve paans according to our standard recipes and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare different varieties of paan as per customer requirements and our standard preparation methods.

Handle paan ingredients carefully and maintain proper hygiene while preparing paans.

Keep the paan counter, work area, utensils and store clean and organized.

Assist with basic cleaning and day-to-day upkeep of the store.

Maintain proper stock and inform the manager when ingredients or supplies are running low.

Pack paans properly for takeaway and delivery orders.

Follow instructions regarding quality, portioning and presentation.

Provide polite and respectful service to customers.

Help with other basic store activities as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in making paan is preferred, but candidates with a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Good hand skills and attention to cleanliness are important.

Should be punctual, responsible and hardworking.

English is not mandatory. Hindi or Gujarati communication is sufficient.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who is honest, dependable, hygienic and willing to learn our way of preparing paans. Experience in a paan shop, food counter, restaurant or similar establishment will be an advantage
