As part of our growing Diagnostics business, we're looking for an empathetic and patient-focused MBBS Doctor to conduct video consultations with customers after their diagnostic tests. This is a full-time, in-office role where you'll help customers understand their health reports, answer their questions, and guide them towards healthier lifestyles through evidence-based medical advice.

• What You'll DoConduct scheduled 1:1 video consultations with customers after they receive their diagnostic test reports.
• Explain diagnostic reports in simple, easy-to-understand language.
• Help customers understand abnormal findings, possible causes, and recommended next steps.
• Provide lifestyle, dietary, and preventive health recommendations based on medical guidelines.
• Recommend when customers should seek specialist consultation or further investigations.
• Maintain accurate consultation notes and documentation.
• Ensure a high-quality patient experience with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
• Collaborate with internal care, diagnostics, and operations teams to improve customer outcomes.
• Who We're Looking For:Must HaveMBBS degree (Mandatory)
• Valid State Medical Council/NMC Registration
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus)
• Excellent patient counselling and explanation skills
• Comfortable using video consultation platforms and basic digital tools
• Patient-centric approach with strong empathy
• Good to HaveMD or postgraduate qualification
• Experience in General Practice, Telemedicine, Family Medicine, Preventive Health, Corporate Hospitals, or Diagnostics
• Experience explaining lab reports to patients

• Working Hours: 9 hours/day (Fixed shift)
