Job Description

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST WITH GOOD PR SKILLS. GREET VISITORS AND DIRECT THEM TO THE RIGHT TEAM OR EMPLOYEE THEY WISH TO MEET. RECEIVE CALLS AND RECORD MESSAGES FOR ANY EMPLOYEE. MAINTAIN VISITOR LOGS, INCLUDING DETAILS ABOUT THE PERSON THEY VISIT AND THE PURPOSE OF THEIR VISIT. HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH OFFICE EQUIPMENT (e.g. PRINTERS). PROVIDE BASIC AND ACCURATE INFORMATION IN-PERSON AND VIA PHONE/EMAIL. ENSURE RECEPTION AREA IS TIDY AND PRESENTABLE WITH ALL NECESSARY STATIONERY AND MATERIAL (e.g. PENS, BROCHURES).
