HR EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Handle salary coordination, payroll support, and employee queries.
- Prepare HR letters, notices, and company policies.
- Ensure employee discipline and compliance with company rules.
- Support daily HR and administrative activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
