Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries from job seekers.
  • Contact candidates from advertisements and social media leads.
  • Explain job opportunities, employer details and employment terms.
  • Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews and collect candidate information.
  • Maintain candidate records, CRM/database and telecalling reports.
  • Complete a minimum of 30 Tele-Recruitment Forms per day.
  • Coordinate with the Recruitment Officer/Manager and support recruitment activities.
