Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department managers
- Manage candidate follow-ups and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports
- Support onboarding and basic HR documentation
- Build a strong candidate database for future hiring
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Excel
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets
