Good Vibe Decor is a fast-growing event and decor company based in Mumbai, known for adding charm to celebrations like birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, and more! We specialize in balloon and flower bouquets, elegant setups, and customized décor. Our vibe is fun, youthful, and filled with creativity — and we’re looking for someone who shares that energy to join our team!


  • Respond to customer inquiries on Instagram and WhatsApp promptly and politely
  • Assist customers in placing orders by sharing details, ideas, and price points
  • Follow up on leads and help convert inquiries into bookings
  • Maintain a record of conversations and confirmed orders
  • Coordinate with the team for smooth order processing
  • Build a friendly rapport with customers — we’re all about good vibes!
