Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Focus on client retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries and complaints.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and ensure all commitments are fulfilled on time.
• Proactively address client concerns and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate for renewals, repeat orders, and additional client requirements.
• Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and pending issues.
• Take ownership of client-related issues and ensure timely closure.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented approach.
