Business Development Associate

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Malad, Mumbai. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify leads, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and support the end-to-end business development process. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering client presentations, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal tracking systems. The role involves close collaboration with advisory teams to understand service offerings, contribute to proposals, and support client relationship management. The Business Development Associate is expected to meet activity and conversion targets while representing Nova Bridge’s brand and values in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and follow-up using multiple channels.
• Competence in Market Research, with the ability to analyze industries, competitors, and financial trends to support business development initiatives.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Prior experience or internship in financial services, consulting, or business development is an advantage.
