Job Description:

TruMart Ecom Private Limited is looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce and quick-commerce operations, with a strong focus on inventory, shipment planning, warehouse coordination, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory planning and stock availability across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
  • Plan and monitor shipments, orders, inward and outward movements.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely inward and outward processing.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve operational discrepancies.
  • Work on Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or other WMS platforms.
  • Prepare MIS and operational reports for key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and platform partners for smooth order fulfilment.
  • Track operational KPIs and ensure timely closure of pending issues.
