Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Ludhiana branch
  • Manage and mentor counselors, front-desk, and support staff
  • Drive lead conversion and ensure targets for visa consultations and IELTS/PTE enrollments are met
  • Handle client escalations and ensure high service quality
  • Coordinate with marketing for local lead generation and walk-ins
  • Monitor branch P&L, staff attendance, and daily reporting
  • Build relationships with partner universities/colleges and visa agencies
  • Ensure compliance with visa documentation and consultancy processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in a visa/immigration consultancy, education, or similar service-sales environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of visa processes (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.) and IELTS/PTE landscape preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills
  • Target-driven with strong sales/counseling background
  • Proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English
