Credit & Finance Manager

1. Banking Operations

• Manage company bank accounts and daily banking transactions.
• Process NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, cheque payments and collections.
• Monitor bank balances and ensure sufficient funds.
• Coordinate with banks for account-related issues.

2. Bank Reconciliation

• Reconcile bank statements with company books.
• Identify missing, incorrect or duplicate transactions.
• Resolve discrepancies with the bank/accounts team.

3. Payments & Receivables

• Process vendor and supplier payments.
• Monitor customer collections and incoming payments.
• Maintain payment schedules and follow up on pending transactions.

4. Loans & Finance

• Handle bank loans, working capital limits, overdrafts and other finance facilities.
• Prepare loan-related documents and coordinate with banks.
• Track EMIs, interest payments and repayment schedules.

5. Cash Flow Management

• Monitor daily cash inflow and outflow.
• Prepare cash-flow statements or forecasts.
• Ensure the company has enough funds for salaries, suppliers, expenses, etc.

6. Financial Reporting & MIS

• Prepare banking and finance-related MIS reports.
• Track outstanding payments, receivables, loans and cash position.
• Share financial data with management.

7. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain bank statements, loan documents, payment records and financial documentation.
• Handle KYC and other banking requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks and financial institutions.
