Job Description

Position: Telecalling Executive

Department: Sales

Job Purpose: Contact customers and leads, understand their requirements, qualify enquiries, schedule showroom visits, follow up regularly, and maintain accurate CRM records to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
  • Understand customer requirements and construction stage.
  • Qualify leads (Hot/Warm/Cold).
  • Fix showroom appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with customers until closure.
  • Update all call details in NeoDove CRM.
  • Coordinate with Sales Executives and Field Marketing team.
  • Achieve daily call and appointment targets.

  • Customer handling and persuasion.
  • Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
  • Time management and follow-up skills.
