About the Role

Teleminds Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage our Australian Telecom Outbound Sales process.

The ideal candidate should have 6–7 years of relevant team-leading experience, preferably in an international outbound sales process, with strong people-management, sales, and performance-monitoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of outbound sales executives.
• Drive the team toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance review sessions.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer or process-related issues effectively.
• Track key performance metrics such as conversion rate, revenue, productivity, and attendance.
• Conduct team huddles and provide regular updates on targets and performance.
• Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve overall process performance.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and target-oriented work environment.
• Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.

Candidate Requirements

• 6–7 years of experience in team handling/team leadership, preferably in an international outbound sales process.
• Prior experience in Australian Telecom / Australian B2C Telecom sales will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales and lead-conversion techniques.
• Proven experience managing sales targets and team performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in the 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift.
• Candidates should be comfortable commuting to Salt Lake Sector V, SDF More, Kolkata.

Work Location: Salt Lake Sector V, SDF More, Kolkata

Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
