Job Description
- Assist delivery executive with their order & remunerations
- Perform 3-way conference, as n when required with DE & customer
- Assist in problem solving & faster resolution
- English reading & understanding is necessary, with basic speaking fluency
- Major shift timings are in evening shift, to cater the peak hours. However, shifts rotate in weekly/fortnighly
- Preferred to have a 2 wheeler
- Hindi fluency is must
- Split shift & Night shifts includes additional incentives
