Job Description

Greet customers and assist them with product selection.

Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.

Arrange and replenish stock on shelves.

Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Assist with receiving, unpacking, and labeling new stock.

Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.

Support billing and cashier operations when required.

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and store procedures.

Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
