Job Title: Data Entry Operator & MIS Executive
Department: Back Office / Operations
Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Role Overview
We are looking for an accurate, fast, and organized Data Entry & MIS Executive to manage high-volume daily data entry and generate clear daily/weekly operational reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily operational data in MS Excel and company databases.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly/Monthly MIS reports, and summary dashboards for management.
- Data Verification: Audit raw source documents to eliminate duplicate, missing, or incorrect records.
- Coordination: Liaise with team leads to collect daily updates and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with strong Excel skills can apply).
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, CountIf, Data Cleaning).
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30–35 WPM with 95%+ accuracy.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, good speed, and basic analytical skills.
Salary & Perks
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 / month (depends on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based monthly bonuses
