TRAVEL CONSULTANT
📍 Location: AMF Tower, 5A Ram Nagar, Tonk Road, Jaipur (Opp. Rado Showroom)

Role: Travel Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell domestic and international holiday packages to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions.
- Create customized travel itineraries, quotations, and travel plans.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners for smooth booking processes.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bookings, and payments.
- Ensure timely confirmation of hotels, flights, transfers, and sightseeing services.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM details.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Packages, Tour Operations, or Travel Consulting.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and interest in travel sales may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Candidates must be based in Jaipur.
