Job Description

  1. Basic Telecaller – Jaipur Municipal Election ProjectMake calls to the assigned phone numbers provided by the team.
  2. Follow the approved calling questionnaire/script.
  3. Record the respondent’s correct response in the given app/Excel sheet.
  4. Mark the appropriate status for Not Connected, Busy, Switched Off, Call Later, Wrong Number, etc.
  5. Complete the daily calling target assigned by the supervisor.
  6. Ensure 100% accurate data entry after every call.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of voter/contact data and do not share it with unauthorized persons.
  8. Report any technical, data, or calling-related issues to the supervisor.
  9. This is a political party project for the Jaipur Municipal Elections and the work will continue until the completion of the Municipal Election project.
