Position: International Voice Process Executive

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job OverviewWe are hiring International Voice Process Executives in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international customers through calls, chats, or emails.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
• Follow company processes, policies, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer and interaction records.
• Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.
• RequirementsExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Candidates with international BPO/customer support experience will be preferred.
• Freshers may also be considered based on communication skills.
