Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, follow-ups, queries, and CRM records. The candidate will coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and queries.

Maintain and regularly update customer information in the CRM system.

Follow up with leads and existing customers.

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments.

Track customer requirements, complaints, and their resolution.

Ensure timely follow-ups and proper closure of customer queries.

Maintain daily CRM records and prepare regular reports.

Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.

Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Customer-handling and problem-solving ability.

Hindi communication is mandatory; English knowledge preferred.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate

Experience: 1–3 Years in CRM / Customer Service / Sales / Telecalling preferred.
