Senior Accountant

We're Hiring: Senior Accountant – Bookkeeping

📍 Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

💼 Experience: 5–8 Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards.

Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank accounts.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Perform ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and journal entries.

Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and consultants.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.

Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accounting accuracy.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or M.Com.

CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates are preferred.

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant bookkeeping and accounting experience.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
